Sesame Sauce 500g 1 portion

Methods/Steps
1, firstly put the sesame sauce, soya sauce, and soy sauce to dissolve on a plate or a bowl dish.
2, add salad oil in a wok and turn on the heat.
3, later add oyster sauce and curd, slowly roll and stir-fry.
4: Pour in the sesame paste on a plate or saucer and continue to stir-fry.
5, add wine, salt, MSG, sugar, chicken powder.
6, add the ingredients to the fire. Start the pot standby.
7, the anise powder, five spice powder, sand ginger powder mixed into the pot with a small fire frying.
8, stir fry the spices over low heat and add to the boiling soy sauce.
9, stir the sauce.
10: Add the red coloring to the sauce and heat through. Start the pot and set aside to cool for use.
11: Brush the cooled barbecue sauce onto the surface of the food to be baked, and serve after baking.

1. Dissolve the sesame paste before heating the sauce.
2, anise powder, five spice powder, sand ginger powder must be stir-fried with low heat until the dry fragrance out of the flavor.
3, the sauce presents a deep red color and should be spread evenly when grilling.
