Methods and ingredients of wonton
Make a soup before making wonton. Whether wonton is delicious or not, soup is the most important thing, and our family eats lightly. Wonton at the bottom of this seaweed soup is my children's favorite, and the method is particularly simple.
First, put chopped green onion in a bowl. If you have mustard tuber, you'd better put some mustard tuber powder and add seaweed.
Add half a spoonful of salt.
Add half a spoonful of sesame oil.
Add half a spoonful of cooked sesame seeds.
Add half a spoonful of aged vinegar.
Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce
Mix all the ingredients evenly. The ingredients of the soup base can be adjusted according to your own preferences. If you don't like sour food, you can put less or no old vinegar. If you like spicy food, you can add Chili oil or Chili powder. This is the most classic style in my family. Light, refreshing and appetizing, it can be eaten all year round.
What side dishes do you put in wonton?
Porphyra, dried seaweed, lettuce, rape, oil wheat, olive, cabbage, chopped green onion, coriander. When making wonton, you can choose side dishes according to your own preferences. When making wonton, you can add eggs, edible salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. The prepared wonton soup can be eaten directly or with spices such as Chili oil, vinegar, chopped green onion and coriander.
Why do you want to add Chili to wonton?
Remove the fishy smell and improve the taste. Not all wonton fillings will add pepper. Adding pepper to wonton stuffing can remove the fishy smell and improve the taste, but it is not necessary for wonton with vegetarian stuffing. As far as possible, white pepper should be used as the added pepper for wonton stuffing. The strong smell of black pepper will mask the taste of the filling itself to some extent.
Does wonton belong to pasta?
Wonton is a traditional folk pasta, which originated in China and later differentiated into jiaozi. When making wonton, first use a thin leather bag with meat stuffing and cook it in a pot, usually with soup when eating.
