Practice
1: Mix the flour and warm water to form a dough, cover with plastic wrap and loosen for 30 minutes.
2: Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch and mix in one direction until sticky, then add leeks and cabbage and mix well.
3: Shape the dough into strips, divide into small equal parts, and roll out into rounds.
4: Wrap the dumpling skin with the filling and press it tightly.
5: Bring a pot of boiling water to a boil.
6: Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick sauté pan, then add the dumplings and fill with boiling water until the dumplings are one-third full.
7. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until the water dries up, then sauté until the bottom is lightly browned.
