1. Pour the selected peanuts into the oil pan, gradually increase the oil temperature over low heat, and add the peanuts Rice stir-fry. Do not heat the oil before adding peanuts to avoid rapid heating and burning on the outside and burnt on the inside. 2. Fry until the peanuts make a crackling sound, take out the peanuts and taste them. If the peanuts are no longer raw, scoop them up, drain off the oil, and sprinkle with salt or white sugar.
Tips: A. Soak the peanuts to be fried in hot water for five to ten minutes (Tip 1);
B. Mid-term preparation: Pour out the water , place the peanuts in a clean flat plate for later use;
C. Later cooking and frying: 1. Cold-fry peanuts in a cold pot (Tip 2), stir-fry a few times to soak the surface of the peanuts with oil;
2. Turn on medium-low heat (Tip 3) and continue to stir-fry. Cook until the peanuts change color and the aroma comes out.
