Fresh beef 150g
Hanging noodles 90g
Garlic 2 cloves
Scallion 1 sprig
Baby lettuce 1 sprig
Salt to taste
Chicken essence a little
Beef noodles in soup ?
Slice the beef thinly, put it in a bowl, add 1 tbsp corn oil and set aside.
Wash baby vegetables and break into small pieces.
Chop the scallions and set aside.
Minute the garlic and set aside.
Add a little oil to the pan, heat it over high heat and add the garlic to taste.
Pour in 600g of water or stock, and bring to a boil over high heat.
Put in 90g of noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes
Strain out the noodles and serve in a bowl.
Pour the beef into the pot.
Add baby vegetables.
When the beef is cooked through, season with salt and chicken essence and turn off the heat.
Place the beef and baby vegetables in a bowl, pour in the noodle soup, sprinkle with chopped green onion and add a little chili sauce.
