Practice steps
1. Add starch, salt and white pepper to the black fish slices and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Saute onion, ginger and garlic and add 2 spoonfuls of Guo County bean paste to stir-fry red oil.
3. Pour 2 bowls of water to boil, and add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon sugar.
4. Cook the side dishes, remove them and spread them at the bottom of the bowl. Cook the fish fillets for more than 1 min, and pour the soup and meat on the dishes.
5. Sprinkle minced garlic, Chili powder and Chili slices on the fish.
6. Stir-fry a little pepper and pour it on the fish.
