Practice
1. Wash and peel the yam and slice the spiced rabbit meat.
2. Stir-fry chives and ginger in hot oil and stir-fry yam for a while.
3. Add rabbit meat, cooking wine and 2 bowls of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Season with salt and chicken essence.
