Put more oil in the pan. When it's 80% hot, pour in prawns and stir fry. Slowly fry the prawns on low heat until both sides turn red, squeeze out the prawn oil, then remove the prawns and put them on a plate.
Add garlic paste, tomato sauce and white sugar in turn, stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in fried prawns, add cooking wine and stir-fry with oil consumption.
Stir-fry for two minutes, add onions, simmer for two minutes, and take out.
