It is best to stew bird's nest with slow fire, and stew bird's nest with slow fire across the water to better retain the nutrition and fragrance of bird's nest. Boil the pot with high fire first, and then stew it with low fire. Remember not to use a pressure cooker when stewing bird's nest. You can use special saucepans or stews. It is more convenient to stew in an electric cooker.
