2. Add a blender and stir several times (stir evenly before adding the blender), stir for 3 minutes, let stand for 5 minutes, and then stir for 10 minutes (the effect will be better if it can be heated to about 90! If you add whipped cream, you can add it before and stir it manually;
3. Pour it into a mould of 14* 15CM in batches and freeze it at room temperature (if heated) for 8- 10 hour;
4. Turn the mold upside down, wash cold water behind it, press the mold with your thumb to remove the ice;
5. Put the ice cubes back into the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours;
6. The finished product can be planed on an ice planer.
The first method:
Materials+utensils: salt about 100g, ice about 300g, stainless steel pot 1, spoon 1, juice about 250 ml.
Exercise:
⑴ Pour ice cubes and salt into a pot, mix them according to the mass ratio of about 3: 1, and stir them evenly to reach the lowest temperature to form a "refrigerant".
⑵ Put the juice into the coolant.
(3) After the juice is solidified, take it out of the pot.
(4) Shake it and the sponge ice will be finished.
The second method:
Equipment: food processor (similar to juicer).
Ingredients: ice cubes, syrup (orange, strawberry, chocolate ...), pulp.
Practice: put the ice cubes into the conditioning machine, then add ingredients and turn on the power for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, thus completing the sponge ice.
