Toweling: wash the rice first, and put it in a rice cooker to add water that does not exceed the rice.
Preparation: Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots, and dice them. Wash the tomatoes and make a few slashes with a knife on the top. Wash the peas and corn kernels, dice the ham and sausage, then cut the salami into slices.

Mix sauce: Mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce and rock sugar to make a sauce.
Put the ingredients into the rice cooker: lay a layer of ginger slices on the bottom of the rice cooker, put the pork on top, pour the sauce on top, pour in water to cover the meat, and then put in star anise and cinnamon.
Start cooking: Press the cook button, open and stir from time to time during the cooking process, and then simmer for 10 minutes after the rice cooker jumps to keep warm.
Fried dumplings in rice cooker

Brush with oil: Pour a moderate amount of salad oil into the inner pot of the rice cooker, and wipe the bottom of the pot well with a brush.
Spread the dumplings: Spread an even layer of frozen dumplings in the inner pot.
Start frying: Pour in water, not more than half of the dumplings, and cover the pot with a lid. Plug in the rice cooker and press the cook button.
Simmering: Don't open the lid of the rice cooker after it jumps to keep warm, simmer for 5 minutes before opening the lid, and then sprinkle a few cooked black and white sesame seeds before serving.

Out of the oven: press the cook button, press the air vent with a wet rag, wait for the automatic jump to keep warm and then simmer for 15 minutes before you can take it out of the oven.
