2. Anti-inflammatory therapy
First, penicillin should be fully used. If allergic or drug resistant, other broad-spectrum antibiotics should be used.
3. Local treatment
Nasal cavity treatment includes nasal drip and replacement of nasal mucosa vasoconstrictor and antibiotics. Physical therapy such as ultrasonic atomization, steam inhalation and local hot compress can be used.
4. Surgical therapy
Not suitable for acute operation. It is used when sinusitis spreads outward and causes serious complications of adjacent organs.
When the standardized treatment in the acute phase exceeds 1 month and there is no improvement or becomes chronic, surgical treatment can be used. Improve the ventilation and drainage of sinuses and promote the regression of sinusitis. Auxiliary operations include correction of high curvature of nasal septum, nasal polypectomy, partial middle turbinectomy and so on. Sinus surgery: it is divided into traditional radical sinus surgery and functional endoscopic sinus surgery, which are widely used at present.
