Steps
1. Blanch the chicken livers in water first.
2. Blanched chicken liver cut into pieces.
3. Pepper, carrot, onion cut into pieces.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken liver onion and sauté.
5. Add chili peppers, carrots and onions.
6. Add appropriate amount of salt.
7. Add soy sauce and continue to stir fry for a few moments, until the chicken liver is cooked through.
Tips
Chicken livers should be blanched beforehand to remove the blood foam.
