Tai 'an fish, commonly known as Tuotuo fish, is a traditional dish of Han nationality in Sichuan and Chongqing, belonging to Jianghu cuisine. Tai 'an Town is the traffic artery of Sichuan and Chongqing, producing silver carp from Jialing River.
