At first, the bean paste was a little dry and serrated. Later, it was not obvious to practice squeezing sawtooth repeatedly. It should be the mixture of bean paste and whipped cream after repeated extrusion. In view of this, it is suggested that if there is time, it can be stirred evenly before extrusion.

In fact, sawtooth is quite natural, and I prefer it to the practice of mixing a lot of butter (it will have sawtooth).
