10 fresh shrimps, wash and remove shrimp lines, put them in a pot and cook them, peel the shrimps and put them in a bowl for later use.

Cut the whole shrimp into cashew nuts, cucumber and carrot. Slice onion, ginger and garlic for later use.

Put the right amount of oil in the pot, heat it to 60% to 70%, pour in raw cashews, fry until golden brown, and put it on a plate to cool.

Put the right amount of oil in another pot. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the onion, ginger and garlic together. After the fragrance comes out, pour the chopped shrimps and diced carrots in turn and stir-fry a few times.

When the diced carrots are slightly softened, add the diced cucumbers and stir-fry a few times quickly. Pour in the freshly cooled cashews and stir fry quickly.

You can put 2-3 tablespoons of water in the pot and add seasonings such as salt, pepper and soy sauce in turn. Stir-fry a few more times and you can get out of the pot.
