Brown rice, black glutinous rice, millet, wheat, buckwheat, Euryale euryales, oats, lotus seeds, corn and red coix seed are mixed.

Practice 1:
In the evening, wash a cup of ten grains of rice with water, add seven cups of water, put it in the smoldering pot to boil for another 15 minutes, put it in the outer pot and cover it. You can eat it before going to work the next morning. Cook more for three or four days.
