"Liaoji Bangbangji", which has more than 400 chain stores in China, is a household name for Chengdu citizens, but the trademark infringement dispute of "Liaoji Bangbangji" has been raging for nearly 10 years. The reporter learned yesterday (25th) that the task force of trademark infringement case of Liaoji Bangbangji of the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, after painstaking investigation and evidence collection, recently made a punishment decision on two units that infringed the exclusive right to use the registered trademark of Liaoji Bangbangji, and fined them 6,543,800 yuan and 380,000 yuan respectively.

It is understood that Liaoji Food Chain Co., Ltd., the brand of "Liaoji Bang Bang Chicken", found a large number of counterfeit "Liaoji Bang Bang Chicken" shops in Chengdu and some surrounding secondary cities. After investigation by the company, it was found that it was a fake "Liaoji Bang Bang Chicken" shop authorized by Chengdu Liaoji Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. Immediately, the company organized special personnel to check and register these shops and collect basic evidence, and made a complaint to the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. After receiving the complaint, the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce shall refer it to the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce for investigation according to the principle of territoriality. Yesterday, Liaoji Food Chain Co., Ltd., the brand holder of "Liaoji Bang Bang Chicken", issued a solemn statement saying that it would use legal weapons to resolutely crack down on and defend the infringement. Next, the company will launch a compensation lawsuit against these infringements according to law, and warn those who are still infringing on the exclusive right to use the company's trademark to stop the infringement immediately.
