Steamed red fish at home:
Ingredients: sea and boneless red fish
Seasoning: onion, ginger slices, salad oil, salt, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate and aniseed
Cooking method:
1. Thaw mackerel and marinate it with salt, monosodium glutamate and cooking wine.
2. Add onion, ginger slices and aniseed, pour salad oil on it and steam for 6 minutes.
Homemade microwave steaming of red fish:
Ingredients: sea and boneless red fish
Seasonings: salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, salad oil, extremely fresh flavor, onion slices, ginger slices and aniseed
Cooking method:
1. Thaw red fish and use salt, monosodium glutamate and cooking wine. Finally, add ginger slices, onion segments, aniseed, sprinkle with salad oil and put on plastic wrap.
2. Put it in a microwave oven and steam for 4 minutes on medium heat.
Sauté ed red fish:
Ingredients: sea and boneless red fish
Seasoning: salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine and whole egg liquid
Cooking method:
1. Thaw red fish, sprinkle salt and cooking wine evenly on both sides and marinate for flavor.
2. Take a pan and burn it thoroughly with hot oil. Leave the bottom oil to warm the fire, dip the fish in egg liquid, and fry until both sides are golden.
Method of frying red fish fillet in Thai sauce:
Ingredients: boneless red fish fillet in sea and deep sea
Seasoning: 1 egg, 2g raw flour, 1g salt, xx2g pepper, minced chives and 2g Thai pepper juice
Cooking method:
1. Thaw red fish fillet and cut it into 5cm fish fillet, add salt, monosodium glutamate and Thai pepper.
2. Beat the egg white and add the raw flour, then add the marinated red fish fillet.
