Steps
1. Remove the stems of cherry radish and wash them, and wash the coriander.
2. Place a chopstick next to the radish and cut it with a coir raincoat knife.
3. Cut all the radishes and marinate them with salt for 10 minutes.
4. Chop coriander and garlic and set aside.
5. Pour off the water from the pickled radishes and add sugar.
6. Add balsamic vinegar.
7. Add light soy sauce.
8. Mix the radish evenly.
9. Then add minced garlic.
10. Continue to mix evenly and let it sit for a while to allow the radish to absorb the flavor.
11. Add coriander and pour in sesame oil

Tips
Cut the radish with a coir rain knife to make the radish more flavorful and taste better.
