Steps of making homemade rice cakes:
Step 1: Pour sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour into a basin and add a teaspoon of salt (1 g).
Step 2: Pour water into sticky rice noodles and stir with chopsticks.
Step 3, knead into soft dough by hand.
Step 4: Divide into 6 equal parts.
Step 5, rolling into a round bar with a diameter of about 2cm.
