Rice cooker version of the cake
Ingredients for the rice cooker cake
Cake flour 85g Fine sugar 80g
Pure milk 40g Salad oil 40g
Eggs 5 White vinegar 4-5 drops
How to make the rice cooker cake

Prepare the ingredients.

Separate the egg yolks and whites (one of the yolks has a loose yolk, it doesn't matter).

Add 30g granulated sugar to the egg yolks.
Step 4
Whisk the granulated sugar and egg yolks until the sugar melts.

Add the plain milk, salad oil and cake flour.
Step 6
Use the tossing and cutting method to mix all the ingredients well.

Add 50g granulated sugar to the egg whites in three batches, this is the first addition.

Whisk with an electric whisk until the foam is relatively large.

Add the sugar for the second time

Beat until you can see the spikes in the bowl sagging softly when you lift the beater, and the spikes are retained longer on the beater.

Add the granulated sugar for the third time, and add 4-5 drops of white vinegar (the original recipe is to add a few drops of lemon juice, but we don't have any lemon at home, so we use white vinegar instead).

Beat until you can see the sharp corners in the beater bowl standing up and not bending, and the sharp corners on the beater are in an inverted triangle and not bending.

Brush the inner liner of the rice cooker with a layer of oil and preheat the rice cooker for 5 minutes.

Pour the mixed egg batter inside the rice cooker.

Cover the rice cooker's outlet with a damp towel and turn on the cooking mode, my rice cooker is 1 hour from start to keep warm a ****, then simmer for 20 minutes.
