High-temperature heating is an effective way to kill parasites.
1. High temperature: When fish fillet with a thickness of 1mm and containing parasites is exposed to water at 90℃ and 60℃, all parasites will die within 1 second or 10 seconds respectively;
< p>2. Barbecuing: If the internal fish meat of grilled small fish is not fully cooked, the parasites cannot be killed.
