1. Ingredients: appropriate amount of sake, appropriate amount of clams, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of chives, appropriate amount of butter.
2. Cut the ginger into shreds, mince the chives, and wash the clams.
3. Marinate the clams and shredded ginger with a little sake for a few minutes.
4. Heat the pot until very hot, pour in the pickled clams, shredded ginger and sake, cover and simmer until cooked.
5. After the clam shells are boiled, open the lid, add butter and sprinkle with chopped chives.
