Flaxseed oil is made from flaxseed, which belongs to Flaxseed family, and is also called flax. Because it originated in East India, Zhang Qian brought flax back to China via the Silk Road in the Han Dynasty, and it was mainly planted in the old Xiongnu area, where "conference semifinals" gathered, hence its name.
Production technology:
The pressing method is divided into "cold pressing method" and "hot pressing method"
Hot-pressing method: Oil crops are physically pressed after high-temperature fire frying or steam frying, which is a relatively traditional pressing process with high oil yield.
Cold pressing method: The vegetable oil is pressed under the great pressure of physical machinery at low temperature, so it is called cold pressing method, and it has not gone through the traditional process of high-temperature frying or steaming, so the oil is still distributed in undeformed protein cells, and it contains very rich inherent components of flaxseed (linolenic acid and other nutrients).
