There are differences.

1. European blueberry is also called bilberry. Its fruit is smaller than blueberry, but its taste is richer. The skin of blueberries is blue-purple and the flesh is green; the European blueberries are the same on the outside and the flesh is also red or purple.

2. European blueberries contain more than 15 types of anthocyanins, but the content of effective active substances in blueberries is relatively low.

3. European blueberries are mainly distributed in Northern Europe. It has the effect of protecting eyes.
