How to make strawberry cheesecake?
Gelatine tablets are softened with cold boiled water (softened with ice water in summer). The butter melts in water, and Oreo biscuits are put into fresh-keeping bags and crushed by hand, and then rolled into biscuit foam with a rolling pin.
A piece of oil paper with the same size as the bottom is laid in the mold in advance. Mix butter and biscuit foam evenly, pour into the mold, compact and put it in cold storage for later use.
Put the cream cheese into the plastic wrap of the beating basin cover and soften it with water. The water temperature should not be too high.
Soften the cheese with sugar and warm water, then add powdered sugar, rum, lemon juice and Mengniu old yogurt. Beat each ingredient well, then add the next one and stir it into a smooth cheese paste.
