1. Ingredients: appropriate amount of ribs, appropriate amount of ginger slices, appropriate amount of minced garlic, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, one egg yolk, appropriate amount of corn starch, appropriate amount of cooking oil.
2. Method/step: Prepare an appropriate amount of ribs.
3. Slice ginger and mince garlic.
4. Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, minced garlic and ginger slices into the ribs.
5. Beat in an egg yolk.
6. Mix evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes.
7. Add appropriate amount of corn starch.
8. Mix well.
9. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot.
10. Heat the oil until it bubbles.
11. Add the marinated pork ribs.
12. Remove after frying.
