Practice steps
Prepare the ingredients, wash and slice the beef, dice the onion, slice the ginger and cut the onion.
Peel the tomatoes and dice them.
Add a proper amount of water to the frying and baking machine. After the water boils, blanch the beef, skim off the floating foam, remove and drain for later use.
Cook again, add vegetable oil, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add beef and stir-fry until it changes color.
Add onion and stir-fry until soft.
Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry the juice.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Cover and stew for 40 minutes.
Add salt, sugar, tomato sauce and onion, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Cook until the soup is thick and ready to eat.
