My hometown cuisine includes: Huibaozhen jiaozi, a Hui-style food, which was named after Huibaozhen by its creator and has a history of nearly a hundred years. It is characterized by thin skin and big stuffing, and delicious soup.
Eight bowls of Manchu are unique to Manchu. It consists of eight kinds of dishes, such as stir-fried small tofu with snow vegetables, marinated shrimp and tofu eggs, braised pork hands, chicken and mushroom powder, stewed pork, Tofu Tofu, Amazun meat and so on.
Because of the time, I will briefly introduce it here.
