This Teriyaki Beef Rice is so rich in sauce, it's so good you'll be licking the bottom of your plate.
Ingredients:
250g fatty beef, 1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp cornstarch, fatty beef cooking sauce;
Method:
1, 250g fatty beef in cold water + 1 tbsp cooking wine cook until browned and remove from the wash and set aside.
2, mix a bowl of juice: bowl pour fat cattle cooking juice + 1 spoon honey + 1 spoon corn starch mix well and spare.
3, hot oil burst incense 5 garlic cloves foam, under the 1 onion shredded stir-fry until raw, pour into the fat beef + bowl of juice, stir-fry until thick juice, do not have to collect too dry, soak rice to eat super tasty.
