First, fruit ripening: choose a fruit that can release ethylene after ripening, such as apples and bananas. Take apples as an example, put kiwifruit and ripe fruit in the same bag, so that the ethylene in the ripe apples will be released, which will accelerate the ripening of kiwifruit. It should be noted that the bag can't be sealed, otherwise the fruit will be damaged, and it can't be placed together for too long, otherwise the fruit will taste bad.
Second, high-temperature ripening: put the immature kiwifruit in an insurance bag, simply seal it and put it in the sun or next to high-temperature objects, but the temperature should not exceed 30 degrees Celsius. Appropriate temperature increase will promote the metabolism of kiwifruit and make kiwifruit mature faster, but too high temperature will also destroy the internal structure of macaques.
Third, clean the immature kiwifruit, cut a few small holes in the kiwifruit with a knife, then put it in a bag, tie it up and leave it for a few days. This method is to let the small wound of kiwifruit produce ethylene to accelerate the ripening of kiwifruit. However, this method is not worth advocating, because the small mouth of kiwifruit will produce bacteria, which may lead to kiwifruit deterioration.
4. Soak kiwifruit in liquid ethylene for 2 minutes or spray ethylene solution near kiwifruit, and then leave it for a while, and it will soon mature. Kiwifruit is very sensitive to ethylene, and this method is also the fastest way to ripen kiwifruit.
