Article 12 The licensing organ shall make a decision on whether to approve the administrative license within 20 working days from the date of acceptance. If a decision cannot be made within 20 working days, it may be extended by 10 working days with the approval of the person in charge of this administrative organ, and the applicant shall be informed of the reasons for the extension.
Article 13 If the applicant's application meets the statutory requirements, the licensing authority shall make a written decision to grant the administrative license according to law, and notify the applicant to receive the Labor Dispatch Business License within 5 working days from the date of making the decision. If the applicant's application does not meet the statutory requirements, the licensing authority shall make a written decision not to grant the administrative license according to law, explain the reasons for not granting the administrative license, and inform the applicant that he has the right to apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law.
