Yakitori (grilled Japanese-style chicken kebabs) recipe ?
Pick out the chicken thigh meat, divide it into 3-4 cm cubes (just the amount of a bite, not too small) Sprinkle a little pepper, chopped white onion and scrub well.
Slice the green onion or green pepper and set aside
1 part soy sauce, 2 parts salad oil, a little black pepper and half a spoon of sugar, you can add a little oyster sauce to taste, mixed into a sauce and set aside
The chicken skin side out into a ball, spaced between the green pepper and green onion on a skewer
Preheat the oven or grill, and start to grill on the upper rack. An open grill is best for easy turning.
Brush with the sauce when you see the tops turn white and begin to harden, on the side you just turned over. Be careful not to drip oil or sauce onto the heaters, as they will smoke.
Bake for a while longer and notice that the edges of the vegetables or chicken are starting to burn, indicating that the temperature has exceeded 185 degrees; sprinkle with pretzels and flip again.
The perfect yakitori is tender inside and out, and tender in the mouth; if the chicken is fresh enough, it's okay if it's a little raw
