Fried radish with shrimp
Ingredients: wash the radish bag, control the water to dry, remove the shell and head of the fresh shrimp, leave the last shrimp tail, remove the shrimp line, and plane the shrimp back for a while, so that the shrimp will look good after heating, and then enter the water.
Practice: heat in an iron pan, add a small amount of cooking wine to dry until it is completely volatile, and then add a proper amount of peanut oil. When the oil is slightly hot, first add the dried peppers and stir-fry them until they are fragrant. After the chilies are fragrant, add the chopped dried red chilies and fry until cooked. Be careful that the fire is not too big, or it will burn easily. Pour in kohlrabi and stir fry quickly. When the leaves turn green, add shrimps, continue to stir fry, and add a little sesame oil, salt and chicken essence.
Radish salad
Ingredients: 1 turnip, 5 garlic, 1 pepper, a little parsley. 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame oil and sugar, 1 tsp white vinegar.
Practice: Peel and cut into thick slices, marinate with 1 tsp salt until soft, wash with clear water, and then squeeze dry for later use. Chop garlic, pepper and coriander. Mix radish slices, minced garlic and pepper with seasoning and parsley, and plate.
