Ingredients: 200g flour, spiced powder, vegetable oil, a little sugar, dried yeast, salt.
Exercise:
1. Put the flour, dry yeast and sugar into a container and mix well. Add water and stir. Knead them into dough by hand. Knead repeatedly on the chopping board until the dough is smooth. Ferment on the chopping board until it is honeycomb.
2. Knead the dough evenly, cut it into small pieces, roll it into pieces, brush it with a layer of vegetable oil, sprinkle with spiced powder and salt, and fold four corners in the middle to make a rectangle.
3. Roll into a cake blank with a rolling pin.
4. Cook in a pot.
