Ingredients: One smelly mandarin fish, three slices of ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 6 to 8 dried chili peppers, appropriate amount of Arowana olive blended oil, appropriate amount of pork belly slices, appropriate amount of chopped green onion, appropriate amount of fine sugar, raw 2 spoons of smoked and 1 spoon of dark soy sauce.
Steps:
1. Put arowana olive blended oil in the pot, add ginger slices, garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant, then add pork belly slices until the color turns white.
2. Add dry chili sauce.
3. Add the smelly mandarin fish.
4. Pour in the water that has covered the fish, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and fine sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to low heat.
