Ingredients: a steak (about 400g), half a spoonful of black pepper, 20g of butter, 2g of salt, rosemary 10g, geranium 10g, 5g of black pepper.
Pickling method:
1. Put the cow in a fresh-keeping bag and let it out, so that the meat will be tender and will not shrink when roasting;
