Huoyanzui goose

Today, I share the secret recipe of sauce and the cooking method of drunken goose that I have studied for 6 years. First, cut the goose into pieces, marinate it with light soy sauce for 10 minutes, fry both sides in a pan, and pour it out for later use;

Then take out the pot again, stir-fry ginger and garlic with goose, add secret sauce, stir-fry, add rice wine, cover the pot 1 min and light it (pay attention to safety);

Cover it, and light it after 1 min (pay attention to safety).
After the fire is extinguished, stew it for 10 minutes. A drunken goose with delicious wine and meat will be ready.
Unique secret recipe of flaming drunken goose;
Step 1, 20 g of Cinnamomum cassia, 0/0g of fragrant fruit/kloc-0, 30g of star anise, 5g of fragrant leaves, 5g of Zanthoxylum bungeanum/kloc-0, 5g of Senecio scandens, 0g of Amomum tsaoko10g, and 0g of dried tangerine peel spice10g are ground into powder, poured with hot oil, and boiled out;

Pour hot oil on it and bring it to a boil.
Step 2: Stir 250g of seafood sauce, 500g of pillar sauce, 200g of soy sauce, 50g of sand tea sauce, 50g of peanut butter, 250g of oyster sauce, 0/00g of red sufu/kloc, 20g of curry powder, 20g of ginger powder, 20g of garlic powder, 20g of chicken powder and spices for 5 minutes.
Stir thoroughly for 5 minutes.
