Is there any way to curry shrimp bibimbap?
Wash the shrimps and shell them.
Stir-fry ginger in the oil pan for a few seconds, and then stir-fry shrimp for five minutes.
Stir-fry peas, corn kernels and carrots together.
Add half a bowl of water and bring to a boil. Add curry pieces until the curry melts.
Collect juice on low heat and put chopped green onion at the same time.
