They usually only deep process them, so you just go to a big supermarket near your house and buy some semi-finished chicken nuggets and go home and fix them yourself. If you are not happy, buy your own chicken to go home and marinate it with seasonings, then wrap it in breadcrumbs and deep fry it with egg whites and fry it, and learn by doing.
