Practice of cooking tofu with Pleurotus ostreatus
Sauté ed scallions in oil pan.
Stir-fry the Pleurotus ostreatus and add some water.
Cut old tofu into pieces, and tender tofu can also be used.
Put the tofu into the pot, add salt, bring it to a boil over high heat and then turn to medium heat for five minutes. Don't stir fry the tofu, just gently push it.
Corn starch is ready, and when there is little water left, add soy sauce and soy sauce sugar.
