2. 2 barrels of salad oil, 150 grams of rapeseed oil, 50 grams of ginger slices, 60 grams of chives, 15 star anise, 10 grams of cinnamon, 5 bay leaves, 150 grams of seafood sauce, 80 oyster sauce grams, 10 grams of salt, 350 grams of light soy sauce, 600 grams of dark soy sauce, and 500 grams of rock sugar.
Ingredients need to prepare appropriate amounts of light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, flour, starch, white pepper, dark soy sauce, scallions, and ginger slices.
Method
1. Wash the purchased pork chops carefully, then drain them and place them on a plate for later use.
