2. 2 barrels of salad oil, 150 grams of rapeseed oil, 50 grams of ginger slices, 60 grams of chives, 15 star anise, 10 grams of cinnamon, 5 bay leaves, 150 grams of seafood sauce, 80 oyster sauce grams, 10 grams of salt, 350 grams of light soy sauce, 600 grams of dark soy sauce, and 500 grams of rock sugar.

Method
