How to make radish balls?
150g flour, proper amount of yeast powder, water and batter are fermented and foamed.
Rub the radish into thick shreds and mix with a little salt.
Chop shredded radish into coarse pieces and squeeze out the water. Add minced meat, salt, eggs, monosodium glutamate, shredded fungus, pepper powder, aniseed powder and minced onion and ginger. Mix well.
Pour the fermented batter into the mixed radish stuffing, and then add the dry flour to make a meatball paste, but not too thin. If it is too thin, you can add less dry flour and not too hard, so the fried meatballs taste bad.
Put the oil in the pot and heat it to 70%.
Paste the meatballs in your left hand and hold the batter from your hand.
Dig it out with a small spoon and put it into the oil pan 2.
Stop in the pot for a while and gently stir the meatballs with a colander, fry them until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.
The rotten meatballs are fried.
