Steps:

3. Add rock sugar and soak for 2-3 days. Steam in the pot for 1 hour until the donkey-hide gelatin dissolves, and the time can be extended if it does not dissolve. If the donkey-hide gelatin is not soaked and very soluble, it will take a long time to dissolve.
4. Stir-fry sesame seeds and walnuts in a pot over medium heat.
5. Pour black sesame seeds and kernels into Ejiao, mix well, steam for half an hour, and occasionally stir.
6. Pour it into the oiled paper container while it is hot. I use a baking tray, which is just a 32L baking tray.
7. Spread the surface with another piece of oil paper, compact it with a rolling pin, roll it flat, refrigerate it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, and then cut it into pieces.
