Method of roasting chicken
Ingredients: chicken 200g, onion 1 root, garlic 3 petals, ginger 1 slice, proper amount of oil, honey 1 teaspoon, cumin powder 1 teaspoon, pepper 1 teaspoon, and Chili powder 1 teaspoon.
Cut the onion into sections.
First, put the chicken in a container, add salt and pepper and marinate for 2 hours.
Then pour the oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, pour in Chili powder, cumin powder and thirteen spices, stir well and pour into a bowl for later use.
Next, brush the sauce evenly on the chicken, wrap it in tin foil, sprinkle with onion and ginger slices, and bake in the oven 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
