Pressure cooker fried chestnuts
Practice:
1, the chestnuts clean, remember to use a knife to scratch the surface of the chestnuts before doing,
2, into the pressure cooker, add a little oil. You don't need to add water
3, cover the pressure cooker lid. Note that the small lid on the top valve is not covered, as shown in the picture.
4, first cook on medium heat, cook until a little movement. Then turn to the lowest heat.
Then a few minutes to remember to shake the pressure cooker, so that the chestnuts more sides of the fire.
About half an hour. You can open the lid and eat. Because the surface of the chestnut is scratched, open the chestnut will rise. It's very good. If you add too much oil, you can use a paper towel to wipe it off.
Much better than boiling. It's also less laborious.
