5. Colostrum becomes milk tofu after steaming, and it's okay to invert it.
6. Steamed milk tofu is as solid as northern tofu, use a spoon to pry open the sides.
7. Pour out the milk tofu.

9. Into the bowl, look at the white milk tofu, is not the same as tofu.
