The normal temperature of engineering in China is calculated at 20℃, which is the temperature in most parts of China in spring and autumn, such as circulating water temperature (natural water temperature). For example, the design temperature of the blower is 20℃. The normal temperature in boiler design calculation is also 20℃.
The room temperature in water treatment is slightly different, some are 15℃, some are 20℃, some are 25℃, and the ionization degree of water is 22℃.

In many ordinary packaged foods and self-produced bulk foods in supermarkets, most of the marked preservation methods are: room temperature preservation. Only the room temperature is marked, not the specific temperature, which really makes many people don't know how to keep drinks. The deterioration of milk should be the responsibility of the manufacturers, because their "normal temperature" label is too vague.
Most products have a short shelf life. Among them, milk and yogurt products with a shelf life of 7 days and about 14 days are marked on the packaging: refrigerated at 2℃-6℃. Some dairy products with long shelf life, such as 45 days or 6 months, are marked as "stored at room temperature".
