Carrots: 1/4 piece
White rice: 1 bowl
Eggs: 4pcs
Cheese slices: 1 slice
Seaweed: 2~3 slices
Hotpot meat slices: 14 slices
Butter: 1 piece
Small tomatoes: a few
How to make
1. Bear-shaped rice with tomato sauce:
Cut the cream into small pieces first and set aside.
Melt the cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat, then add the rice to the pan and mix with 1.5 tbsp of tomato paste and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
Wrap the bear's face and ears in plastic wrap.
Press the slices of cheese with a heart-shaped mold to make the ears of the bear.
Use the face press to press the seaweed sheets to make the eyes, nose and mouth of the bear, and then use the cutter to cut out the oval shape of the face.
2. Roasted Pork Rolls:
Slice the string beans and carrots into equal strips and set aside.
Boil a small pot of boiling water, add a little olive oil and salt, and boil the carrots and beans for 3 minutes, then drain.
Roll the carrots and beans in 2 slices of hot pot pork.
Add 1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1/2 tbsp sugar, and cook over medium-low heat to taste.
3. Thick Egg Yaki:
Add 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp mirin, 1 tsp rice wine, a pinch of salt, and 80 cc of milk to four eggs and beat well.
